The fine print

At Tripibex Holidays, we strive to offer flexible booking terms while respecting the policies of our airline, hotel and local tour-operator partners.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing. Cancellation fees depend directly on the specific airline, hotel or local tour operator guidelines applicable to your booking, and will be communicated to you at the time your cancellation is processed.

Refunds

Once a cancellation is processed and approved by the respective service provider, eligible refunds will be credited back to the original payment method — including PayTM and bank transfers — within 7–10 working days.

Service fees charged by Tripibex Holidays at the time of booking are non-refundable. No refund is payable for services that remain unutilised once travel has commenced.
