Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon full clearance of payment. Prices, itineraries and inclusions may change until a booking is confirmed in writing.
Traveller Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate passport, identity and documentation details for domestic and international travel. Tripibex Holidays is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the traveller.
Payments
Online payments are processed through secure, encrypted networks such as PayTM. Service fees charged by Tripibex Holidays at the time of booking are non-refundable.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of the services provided will be governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
