This page explains how refunds are handled for bookings made with Tripibex Holidays.

How refunds are processed

Once a cancellation is processed and approved by the respective service provider (airline, hotel or local operator), eligible refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking — including PayTM and bank transfers.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 working days of confirmation. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-refundable charges

Service fees charged by Tripibex Holidays at the time of booking are non-refundable. Applicable supplier cancellation charges are deducted before any refund is issued.
